The Sundial Sweater is perfect for just throwing on whenever the weather gets a bit cooler or your just want to feel extra cosy and chill.
You'll need
Needles:
- 3 mm in 32in. / 80cm circular needles or double pointed needles
- 3 mm in 16in. / 40cm circular needles or double pointed needles for sleeves (or use longer needles in magic loop)
- 3.5 mm in 32in. / 80cm circular needles or double pointed needles
- 3.5 mm in 16in. / 40cm circular needles or double pointed needles for sleeves (or use longer needles in magic loop)
Yarn:
Two strands held together of:
- Yarn 1: 257 yds / 235m per 50g. Required amount by size (refer below): 984 (1131, 1285, 1387, 1542)(1645, 1799, 1902, 2056) yds / 900 (1034, 1175, 1269, 1410)(1504, 1645, 1739, 1880) m.
- Yarn 2: 230 yds / 210m per 50g. Required amount by size (refer below): 984 (1131, 1285, 1387, 1542)(1645, 1799, 1902, 2056) yds / 900 (1034, 1175, 1269, 1410)(1504, 1645, 1739, 1880) m.

- Sizes A (B, C, D, E)(F, G, H, I) in bust measurements 32 (36, 40, 44, 48)(52, 56, 60, 64) in. / 81 (91, 102, 112, 122)(132, 142, 152, 163) cm.
- The stated measurements are for the actual garment. Choose a size with 2-4” / 5-10cm positive ease depending on your desired fit.
Construction
This sweater is worked in the round seamlessly from the neck down. The neckband can be folded, cast on with a tubular cast on or folded down later. Short rows are worked to shape the neckline, increases are made for a circular yoke before splitting the sleeves. Sleeves and the body are worked in the round.
